max has three powers. 

a. she can intuitively understand machinery / blueprints and how to build or fix them. 

b. she can copy physical act she sees done that she has the physical ability to do. 

c. she can emit an emp pulse that knocks out anything technical within approximately a 20 foot radius until it can reboot itself to functionality.
